Turrialba Market 
The weekend market in the center of Turrialba is famous for its high quality, low priced vegetables, fruits and herbs. It is open from 8am to late afternoon every Friday and Saturday.
Not only is all the produce fresh but the prices are great. I recently bought fifteen bananas for 50cents U.S.
